Why Defy Gravity? We are constantly fighting the pull of gravity in our daily lives and more often than not gravity is winning. This causes aches & pains and even makes us look in worse shape than we are. I believe the first step to looking and feeling better is to "Defy Gravity". This can be as simple as improving your core strength (which includes your back and stomach muscles) and correcting bad posture through strengthening and stretching. Exercising and weight loss then become easier since you'll be motivated from seeing those initial results. People will start to comment on your appearance, asking “Have you lost weight?” and "You look really good!". See our programs for examples of the types of workouts offered to help you Defy Gravity.
